Advent Devotional and Discussion

Join us for a 24 day Advent journey using the free guide "Bless the Advent We Actually Have" by author Kate Bowler. This thoughtful guide includes Scripture readings, prayers, songs and reflections to help us grow in hope even in the midst of the realities of life. You can use it on your own or be part of a group that will meet twice this month on Zoom to talk and part about what we're learning as we use this resource.
If you want to be part of the group, contact Bill at williamcutler@gmail.com.

Be A Santa's Helper!
Gifts for children at Navy Point School
Once again we are partnering with the Navy Point School in Pensacola to provide Christmas presents for elementary school children. We have a list of about 60 children for whom we hope to buy clothes and a toy. We'll be collecting gifts from now until December 10th. If you want to help, contact Bill Cutler at williamcutler@gmail.com and he'll provide you with the name of a child and the size of clothing or toy desired. Be a Santa's helper! Or if you prefer to make a financial donation for us to buy gifts for the children instead of shopping,  please make a check out to The Beach Church with a designation for "Navy Point Angel Tree." Thank you!
Serve With Us
We believe serving is both a privilege and an act of worship. Through volunteering in our community, we grow closer to our church family and become more like Jesus as we use our God-given gifts to bless others.

You are invited to serve on the Compassionate Care Team! If you are interested in serving members of the congregation with meals, light housekeeping,  transportation, small handyman projects, yard work, visiting, etc. please email the church to sign up.

Interfaith Ministries provides financial asistance for housing and utilities, food, clothing and other emergent needs to our community's marginalized citizens. Through Good Samaritan Clinic, IM provides free medical care, free medications and free dental care. IM is supported in part by its thrift store in Gulf Breeze.
